How long does it take to build and deliver my system?
Configurable systems are typically built, tested and shipped within 7–14 business days. Bulk and custom server orders may take longer — we confirm timelines before you order.
What warranty comes with a Virupaux system?
Every Virupaux system carries a warranty, but coverage depends on the product and the components in your configuration. Your exact terms — duration and parts/labour coverage — are confirmed before you order and shown on your invoice and order documentation. See the Warranty page for details.
Can I customise a workstation or server?
Yes. Workstations and servers are built to order. Request a quote or contact us with your processor, RAM, storage, GPU and OS requirements and we'll propose a configuration.
Why are some products shown as “Request Quote”?
Systems that are built to your configuration show a quote request instead of a fixed price. Share your requirements and we'll get back with a detailed quote within one business day.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Delivery is insured, and large or sensitive systems are packed and shipped with extra protection.
Which operating system is preinstalled?
Most systems ship with either Microsoft Windows 11 Professional or a Linux distribution such as Ubuntu. You can choose your preferred OS when configuring.
Can I upgrade my system later?
All Virupaux systems are built with standard, upgradeable components. Contact support and we'll help you plan an upgrade path.
